WANDSWORTH WORDS, 2020

A series of posters made out of conversations I had with members of various community groups in London Borough of Wandsowrth, in response to the question 'What role does art play in your life today?' Taking place over the summer in 2020 when the UK was still under tight government restrictions due to COVID-19, I found this project very hope inducing, and got to meet people I would not otherwise have had the privilege - from recently arrived efugees to members of the Wandsworth LGBTQI forum; from elderly members of the community to kids in a boxing club.

See my intro and further images on the Wandsworth Art website HERE. The project was commissioned by Charlie Levine.
